Your order is deemed complete once you click the “Place Order” button on the Checkout page, provide the necessary shipping and payment information, and receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging your order and payment.
Payments may be made online by credit or debit card, through the secure payment processor integrated within the Shopify platform.
All prices displayed on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax).
The delivery fee is fixed at 18 RON.
A tax invoice will be automatically generated through Shopify and will accompany your order in printed or electronic format.
Deliveries are available throughout Romania via our courier partner.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the confirmation of your order.
In certain remote areas or during peak periods (such as holidays or promotional campaigns), delivery times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (AWB), allowing you to follow your shipment directly via the Sameday tracking platform.
Individual customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, without any signs of damage or alteration.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
You are welcome to share comments and reviews regarding our products. However, Château Calú reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that is offensive, unlawful, or promotional in nature.
