Sparkling Italian rosé wine with elderflower
Hugo Rosé is a pink variant of the Italian Spritz with fresh elderflower and mint that is often drunk in northern Italy. It is a slightly sweet drink that goes well as a delicious light aperitif but also tastes great with a summer lunch or a cosy BBQ.
