Malbech is a lesser-known varietal (closely related to Malbec) that has found a unique home in the vineyards of Cantina Moletto near Motta di Livenza, Treviso. 
This wine is produced from 100% Malbech grapes, matured entirely in stainless steel, highlighting its pure varietal character. 

Tasting Experience
The wine pours a bright ruby red colour. On the nose: bold aromas of wild berries, dark cherry, with hints of tropical fruit and vineyards herbs. On the palate: it delivers smooth, enveloping texture, with sweetish tannins, lively acidity and a dry yet persistent finish. 
Alcohol content: approximately 14% vol (for some vintages). 

Serving & Pairing
Serve at 18-20 °C (64-68 °F) to let the wine breathe and express itself fully. Pairs excellently with salami and charcuterie, stews, grilled white meats, mushrooms, and — once aged — game dishes.
