The marriage of Glera and Pinot Nero gives Tenuta Mosole's Prosecco Rosé its vibrant colour and extra layer of character. Millesimato — meaning it is a single-vintage wine — each bottle carries the freshness and fruit of one specific harvest. A must for your parties, as the producer puts it.
Tasting Notes
Deep pink with a light red hue and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is delicate and fruity — wild strawberries, raspberries, and rose petals. Lively and fresh on the palate with an elegant finish that perfectly echoes the bouquet. Brut style with a residual sugar of 8g/l.
Food Pairing
Aperitivo, brunch, fruit salads, light summer starters, strawberry-based desserts, and fresh berries with cream. Also beautiful on its own as a celebration wine.
