Shimmering straw yellow with green reflections, All’Origine opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and fresh stone fruit. On the palate, it is refined and well-structured, with a creamy texture from five months of ageing on the lees (sur lie) and gentle bâtonnage. The result is a harmonious balance between softness, minerality, and vibrant freshness, leading to a clean, lingering finish.
