Chardonnay Il Deputato and Merlot Il Senatore are Moletto's most characterful single-varietal wines from the Veneto Orientale — each bearing a title that reflects its personality: one fresh and deliberate, the other rich and authoritative. Together, they cover every course of an Italian meal with effortless elegance.

Il Deputato — Chardonnay IGT Veneto Orientale
Vinified in stainless steel at 18°C to preserve its natural clarity and freshness. Bright straw-yellow in the glass, with aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers. On the palate: smooth, round and well-balanced, with a pleasing savoury edge. Serve at 12–14°C with fish starters, pasta, white meats or fresh cheeses.

Il Senatore — Merlot IGT Veneto Orientale
100% Merlot, vinified in stainless steel to let the varietal speak clearly. Deep ruby-red with garnet reflections, aromas of morello cherry, wild berries and subtle hints of cocoa and tobacco. Rich and enveloping on the palate, with velvety tannins and a memorable finish. Serve at 18–20°C alongside roasted meats, game, hearty pasta or mature cheeses.
