Crafted by Moletto in the Veneto Orientale region, this Cabernet Sauvignon “Selecti” is a premium expression of the grape—aged for years in tonneau (400 L French-oak barrels) to develop depth and elegance.
Tasting Experience:
In the glass the wine offers a deep ruby-red colour. On the nose: rich aromas of vanilla, liquorice, dark cherries, plum, leather and cocoa—a sophisticated bouquet built through extended aging. On the palate: full-bodied, structured and enveloping, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish—designed for contemplation, pairing with gourmet dishes, or cellar aging.
Serving & Pairing:
Serve at around 20-22 °C (68-72 °F) to bring out its full aromatic and structural character. Ideal with roasted red meats, game, aged cheeses, and hearty dishes that match its intensity and refinement.
