Hora Prima 2023 is a premium white wine from Tenuta Mosole crafted to highlight the essence of the Veneto Orientale terroir. Blended from 60% Chardonnay, 35% Tai and 5% Sauvignon, this “Selezione” bottling demonstrates depth, elegance and clarity.

Tasting Experience
In the glass you’ll notice an intense yellow colour. On the nose: aromas of ripe fruit, with distinct notes of apricot, pineapple and citrus. On the palate: full-bodied, well-structured and long-lasting—designed to make an impression.
The Chardonnay component is matured for 12 months in French oak tonneaux with lees stirring, while the Tai and Sauvignon are handled in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal purity.
Alcohol content: around 14% vol.

Serve chilled at around 14 °C to fully appreciate its aromatic and structural qualities. This wine pairs beautifully with refined white meat dishes, seafood with substance, baked fish, or richer vegetarian cuisine where a strong white is called for.
