A complex blend of Chardonnay, Tai, and Sauvignon that captures the full character of the territory in one glass.

Tasting Notes

Golden yellow with brilliant reflections. The nose is rich and expressive: citrus blossom, white peach, and toasted almond from the Chardonnay's oak aging, woven with fresher, mineral notes from the Tai and Sauvignon. The palate is structured and round, with an impression of sweetness from extended lees contact. The finish is long and persistent with vanilla and mineral nuances.

Food Pairing

Grilled sea bass or bream, risotto with scallops, roast chicken with herbs, and aged soft cheeses. Also excellent as an accompaniment to a cheese board at the end of a meal.
