Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw yellow with greenish nuances and a fine, persistent perlage with lasting foam. Fruity and floral on the nose — green apple, pear, wisteria blossom, and vanilla flowers. Well-balanced and fresh on the palate with a lively, fruity aroma and a persistent, elegant aftertaste.

Food Pairing

The perfect aperitif. Also excellent with seafood antipasti, risotto ai frutti di mare, sushi, light starters, and fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled.
